ArduPilot Mega 2, Initial install notes

Initial install went well.
  • APM quick start here.
  • Need to install a Windows driver, here.
  • Mac seems to need no installation, using /dev/tty.usbmodem621
  • On mac, be sure and set "Carriage Return" line ending.
